I build the systems, you keep the time.

I'm an automation and process consultant. I work with founders and small teams who are losing real time to work a machine should be handling.

The same pattern shows up in almost every small team: capable people losing hours to work a machine should handle, copying and pasting between tools, chasing updates, and rebuilding the same report every week. So I build the thing that makes it stop. I connect the tools you already use, add AI only where it actually earns its place, and take out the manual steps sitting in the middle. When it works, you barely notice it. The work just happens on time, without anyone having to remember to do it.

The way I work is simple. Plain language instead of jargon. A fixed scope so you know what you're getting before I start. You'll always understand what I built and why it's there, because the real goal isn't a clever system. It's one that keeps running long after I'm gone.
